1. Lead the operational implementation of the biodiversity plan in alignment with LVMH Group objectives.
2. Define and monitor concrete action plans to reduce water footprint, deforestation risk, and achieve 100% certified materials.
3. Support internal teams in integrating sustainability at every stage of the value chain.
4. Draft, update, and communicate sustainable sourcing guidelines in alignment with LVMH and Christian Dior Couture's compliance department.
5. Train and raise awareness among industrial teams and the studio on best practices with suppliers.
6. Ensure guidelines are applied in material selection and supplier evaluation processes.
7. Identify, lead, and evaluate regenerative agriculture and water footprint reduction projects for key materials.
8. Collaborate with industrial teams and suppliers to integrate sustainable practices into the supply chain.
9. Measure and highlight positive impacts such as biodiversity, water savings, and carbon storage.
10. Strengthen partnerships with NGOs, sector initiatives, and scientific experts to support Maison projects.
11. Represent the Maison in biodiversity and responsible fashion forums and events.
12. Design and deliver training modules on biodiversity, water, deforestation, and animal welfare for internal teams.
13. Support teams in adopting tools and methods to achieve 2030 objectives.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field, ideally with a Master's in water and ecosystem preservation or sustainable supply chains.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an NGO or a sustainability/RSE department in the textile, luxury, or FMCG sectors.
3. Expertise in material supply chains (textiles, leather, etc.) and certification standards (GOTS, RWS, LWG).
4. Familiarity with European and international methodological frameworks (CSRD, SBTN, TNFD).
5. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.

3. Excellent writing, pedagogical, and strategic presentation skills related to biodiversity topics.
4. Teamwork, open-mindedness, curiosity, and strong motivation for environmental protection.
5. Adaptability to changing contexts.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a preference for experience in NGOs or sustainability departments within the textile, luxury, or FMCG sectors.

Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field, ideally with a Master's specialization.
