Christian Dior Supply Distribution Planner

- Manage central distribution parameters, including target stocks and allocation via push orders, and handle ad-hoc stock visibility requests from regions such as EMEA, Pacific Asia, China, Japan, and the Americas.
- Optimize stock levels in boutiques and the central warehouse.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on global stock status, highlighting potential stock shortages or surpluses.
- Oversee restocking from central inventory to buffer zones for Perfumes and directly to boutiques for the Baby category.
- Ensure on-time and complete stock availability for collection launches and events, and manage the collection shipment plan for the Baby category.
- Collaborate transversally with merchandising, retail performance, customer service, warehouse, production, IT, and local supply teams.
- Lead inter-zone transfers based on performance to maximize results.
- Manage end-of-collection and end-of-life products.
- Support the IT team in enhancing and optimizing existing tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain management, both upstream and downstream.
- Proficiency in the luxury industry.
- Excellent command of Excel, with proficiency in PowerBi and Anaplan being advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, with good listening and persuasive abilities.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain management within the luxury sector is required.
