Christian Dior Supply Chain Project Management Trainee

1. Support the Wholesale Operations Manager with day-to-day wholesale functions including stock management, inventory reconciliations, monitoring inventory levels and processing customer returns.
2. Assist in purchase order administration and monitor product pricing and vendor data.
3. Compile and deliver weekly reporting for cross-functional partners (merchandising, purchasing) to support business decision-making.
4. Create presentation materials and communications: PowerPoint decks, newsletters, and creative content for internal initiatives, including Sustainability taskforce activities.
5. Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain service levels and data accuracy.
6. Contribute to short- and long-term projects, collaborate with trainees across departments, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
7. Maintain accurate records in enterprise systems and support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

1. Minimum six months of prior relevant experience; beginner-level candidate appropriate for a trainee program.
2. Available for a full-time, 12-month program (July 2026 – July 2027) and able to work Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 with Friday remote work.
3. Extremely strong sense of urgency, ability to work independently and manage priorities under tight timelines.
4. High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong time-management skills.
5. Clear and concise verbal and written communication with internal and external partners.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); Adobe Photoshop and InDesign and Microsoft Dynamics AX are advantageous.

Beginner level: at least six months of prior experience in supply chain, operations, merchandising or a related function. Candidate should demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, multitask and retain operational processes.

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
