Christian Dior Supply Chain Planning Manager

- Lead the monthly forecast process for each category, coordinating with Merchandising and Central Supply Chain to project sales ambitions and plan product availability.
- Supervise planners and review sales forecasts for various categories.
- Collaborate with Distribution and Logistics to ensure stock allocation and delivery align with forecast strategies and retail plans.
- Coordinate Open To Buy preparation with Merchandising, Finance, Retail, and top management.
- Provide quantitative input during buying sessions.
- Coordinate monthly and annual Best Estimate/Commercial Target processes with relevant departments.
- Establish and communicate KPIs for planning activities.
- Review and propose organizational structures and workflows to meet company objectives and growth.
- Lead and participate in global and local projects involving planning.
- Provide training and development to direct reports and peers.
- Introduce and lead the S&OP process in Japan, participating in monthly meetings and analyzing data to make informed plans.
- Conduct overseas travel as required, approximately 1 to 4 times a year.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years in a similar position.
- Successful experience working across different functional areas and organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Excel and overall computer skills.
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
- Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Attention to detail and adaptability.
- Proactive and curious mindset.
- Ability to support and involve other teams in the Supply Chain department.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role within the fashion or consumer retail industry.
