Christian Dior Supply Chain Planning Manager

- Lead the forecast and sales planning processes to ensure optimal product purchasing and sales target achievement.
- Coordinate with Merchandising and Central Supply Chain to prepare sales forecasts for Japan, aligning with production and product availability plans.
- Supervise planners and review sales forecasts across various categories.
- Collaborate with Distribution and Logistics to ensure stock allocation and delivery align with forecast strategies and retail plans.
- Coordinate Open To Buy preparation with Merchandising, Finance, Retail, and top management.
- Provide quantitative input during buying sessions and coordinate monthly and annual Best Estimate/Commercial Target processes.
- Establish and communicate KPIs for planning activities and propose organizational structure improvements.
- Lead and participate in global and local projects involving planning.
- Provide training and development to direct reports and peers.
- Introduce and lead the S&OP process in Japan, including monthly meetings and data analysis.
- Conduct overseas travel as required, approximately 1 to 4 times per year.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years in a similar role.
- Proven experience working across different functional areas and organizational levels.
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
- Excellent Excel and overall computer skills.
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and planning proficiency.
- Attention to detail and adaptability.
- Proactive team player with curiosity and initiative.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a similar position, preferably within the fashion or consumer retail sector.
