1. Coordinate and oversee E-commerce operations, ensuring seamless order execution from validation to customer receipt.
2. Collaborate closely with central teams and E-commerce warehouse operations to address alerts and manage anomalies impacting customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain communication with the call center, providing necessary responses and solutions to customer inquiries daily.
4. Monitor performance indicators, processing times, and preparation quality, proposing continuous improvement solutions based on operational challenges.
5. Reconcile information between Dior's IT systems and the E-commerce warehouse systems, ensuring stock accuracy and quality of inventories.

1. Final year student in an engineering school, equivalent to Bac +5.
2. Interest in operational challenges and problem-solving.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. Basic knowledge of WMS, POS, and ERP systems is advantageous.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
7. Proficiency in English.
