1. Coordinate and oversee E-commerce operations, ensuring smooth order processing from validation to customer receipt.
2. Collaborate closely with central and warehouse teams to address alerts and manage anomalies affecting customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain communication with the call center, providing necessary solutions and responses to customer inquiries.
4. Monitor performance indicators, processing times, and preparation quality, proposing continuous improvement solutions.
5. Reconcile information between Dior's IT systems and the E-commerce warehouse systems, ensuring stock accuracy.
6. Perform necessary adjustments and ensure regular and quality inventory checks.

1. Final year student in an engineering school with a Bac +5 level education.
2. Interest in operational challenges and issues.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Basic knowledge of software such as WMS, POS, and ERP.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
5. Proficiency in English.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Final year student in an engineering school (Bac +5).
