1. Coordinate and oversee e-commerce operations from order validation to client receipt, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any anomalies in collaboration with headquarters and e-commerce warehouse teams.
2. Maintain daily communication with the call center to provide necessary solutions and responses to clients.
3. Monitor performance indicators, processing times, and preparation quality, proposing continuous improvement solutions based on operational challenges.
4. Reconcile information between Dior's IT systems (OMS, POS) and the e-commerce warehouse (WMS), ensuring accurate stock management and inventory quality.

1. Final year student in an engineering school with a Bac +5 level education.
2. Interest in operational challenges.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Basic knowledge of software such as WMS, POS, and ERP.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal and client-oriented skills.
5. Proficiency in English.

Beginner

Final year student in an engineering school with a Bac +5 level education.
