1. Coordinate and oversee e-commerce operations from order validation to customer receipt, ensuring seamless execution and addressing any anomalies in collaboration with central and warehouse teams.
2. Maintain daily communication with the call center to provide necessary solutions and responses to customer inquiries.
3. Monitor performance indicators, processing times, and preparation quality to ensure high standards are met.
4. Implement continuous improvement solutions based on operational feedback.
5. Reconcile and ensure accuracy between Dior's IT systems and the e-commerce warehouse systems.
6. Perform necessary stock adjustments and maintain regular and accurate inventory checks.

1. Final year student in an engineering school with a Bac +5 level.
2. Interest in operational challenges.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
4. Basic knowledge of software such as WMS, POS, and ERP is advantageous.

1. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
3. Proficiency in English.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Final year student in an engineering school with a Bac +5 level.
