1. Coordinate and oversee E-commerce operations, ensuring seamless order processing from validation to customer receipt, while addressing any issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
2. Maintain daily communication with the call center to provide necessary solutions and responses to clients.
3. Monitor performance indicators, processing times, and preparation quality, proposing continuous improvement solutions based on operational challenges.
4. Reconcile information between Dior's IT systems (OMS, POS) and the E-commerce warehouse (WMS), ensuring inventory accuracy and quality.
5. Execute necessary adjustments in case of discrepancies and guarantee regular and high-quality inventory checks.

1. Final year student in an engineering school, pursuing a Bac +5 level degree.
2. Interest in operational challenges and problem-solving.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Basic knowledge of software such as WMS, POS, and ERP.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
5. Proficiency in English.

No prior experience required; ideal for beginners.

Final year of an engineering school, Bac +5 level.
