1. Develop weekly reports and analyze KPIs, focusing on service rates and delivery timelines for finished products, including early or delayed shipments.

4. Monitor the production of Special Projects (VIP/PRESS/MTO footwear) by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

1. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent field.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
4. Proactivity and flexibility.
5. Knowledge of English is preferred.
