1. Contribute to the management and continuous improvement of international E-commerce logistics operations.
2. Coordinate cross-functional projects in collaboration with digital, logistics, and regional teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality.
3. Participate in strategic E-commerce supply chain projects, including the launch of global initiatives and optimization of logistics flows.
4. Identify optimization opportunities within warehouses and propose innovative solutions.
5. Standardize order preparation and packing methods across different regions.
6. Support local teams in implementing Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
7. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to propose actionable plans.
8. Assist operational teams during the deployment of new processes and ensure associated training and documentation.
9. Serve as a liaison between central, digital, and regional teams on continuous improvement topics.

1. Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac +4/5) in Supply Chain, Project Management, or Operations.
2. Prior internship or cooperative experience in supply chain projects, logistics, or continuous improvement.
3. Excellent proficiency in office tools, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools is advantageous.
5. Strong project management skills, including planning, team coordination, and progress tracking.
6. Ability to work in an international environment with diverse stakeholders.
7. Fluency in English is essential.
