Christian Dior Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Assistant Intern

- Contribute to the management and continuous improvement of international E-commerce logistics operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects in collaboration with digital, logistics, and regional teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality.
- Participate in strategic E-commerce supply chain projects, including the launch of global initiatives and optimization of logistics flows.
- Identify optimization opportunities within warehouses and propose innovative solutions.
- Standardize order preparation and packing methods across different regions.
- Support local teams in implementing Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to propose actionable plans.
- Assist operational teams during the deployment of new processes and ensure associated training and documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between central, digital, and regional teams on continuous improvement topics.
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac +4/5) in Supply Chain, Project Management, or Operations.
- Prior internship or cooperative experience in supply chain projects, logistics, or continuous improvement.
- Excellent proficiency in office tools, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, team coordination, and progress tracking.
- Ability to work in an international environment with diverse stakeholders.

Entry-level experience, suitable for students with prior internship or cooperative experience in relevant fields.
