Christian Dior Supply Chain Assistant Intern

- Assist the manager and team in managing merchandise flows to outlets, private physical sales, and online sales to maximize revenue and operational results.
- Communicate with retail boutiques to coordinate the return of products to End of Life (EOL) warehouses.
- Implement product transportation in collaboration with logistics.
- Propose comprehensive and coherent assortments for outlet sales across all product categories.
- Analyze and monitor sales performance, producing weekly stock coverage reports by product category.
- Participate in organizing physical private sales, including product selection, stock consolidation, pricing, and sales tool preparation.
- Aid in organizing sales events, including staff availability and invitation management.
- Participate in physical sales events.
- Select products for online sales and monitor quality control results with the logistics team.
- Communicate and follow up on stock revaluation with the European network, including sending lists and valuing stocks for management control.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Ideally, previous internship experience in Supply Chain or Merchandising for 6 months.
- Professional proficiency in English and fluent in French.
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions (e.g., Power BI) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously and transparently, proactively raising alerts.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with various departments in both French and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments, including warehouses and retail teams.
- Logical thinking with a focus on achieving results and maintaining high standards.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with some internship experience in supply chain or merchandising.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Engineering, Business, or related field.
