Christian Dior Supply Chain Assistant Intern

- Assist the manager and team in overseeing merchandise flow to outlets and private sales, both physical and online, to maximize revenue and operational results.
- Communicate with retail boutiques regarding product lists to be returned to End of Life (EOL) warehouses.
- Coordinate product transportation in collaboration with logistics.
- Propose complete and coherent assortments for outlets across all product families.
- Analyze and monitor sales, producing weekly stock coverage reports by product category.
- Participate in organizing physical private sales, including product selection, stock consolidation, price determination, and preparation of sales aids.
- Assist in organizing sales events, including staff availability and invitation dispatch.
- Engage in physical sales events.
- Select products for online sales, monitor quality control results with logistics, and consolidate stocks and pricing.
- Communicate and track revaluation stock lists within the European network.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as supply chain, sales administration, logistics, and external partners like private sale providers and LVMH.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in engineering, business, or equivalent.
- Previous internship experience in supply chain or merchandising is preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English and fluent in French.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence solutions (e.g., Power BI) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and proactively address issues.
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and with retail teams.
- Logical thinking with a focus on achieving results and maintaining high standards.
Ideal candidates will have a beginner's level of experience, with a preference for those who have completed a 6-month internship in supply chain or merchandising.
Pursuing a Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
