1. Contribute to the management and continuous improvement of international E-commerce logistics operations.
2. Coordinate cross-functional projects with digital, logistics, and regional partners to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality.
3. Participate in strategic E-commerce supply chain projects, including global initiatives, flow optimization, and deployment of digital/logistics solutions.
4. Identify process optimization opportunities in warehouses and propose innovative solutions.
5. Standardize order preparation and packing methods across different regions.
6. Support local teams in implementing Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies and best practices.
7. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data (KPIs, quality, productivity) to propose actionable plans.
8. Assist operational teams during the deployment of new processes and ensure associated training/documentation.
9. Act as a liaison between central, digital, and regional teams on continuous improvement topics.

1. Student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Supply Chain, Project Management, or Operations.
2. Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in supply chain projects, logistics, or continuous improvement.
3. Excellent proficiency in office tools (advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools is a plus.
5. Strong project management skills: planning, team coordination, progress tracking.
6. Ability to work in an international environment with diverse stakeholders.
7. Fluency in English is essential.
