Christian Dior Supply Chain & Logistics Project Assistant (E-commerce)

- Contribute to the management and continuous improvement of international E-commerce logistics operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with digital, logistics, and regional partners to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality.
- Participate in strategic E-commerce supply chain projects, including global initiatives, flow optimization, and deployment of digital/logistics solutions.
- Identify process optimization opportunities in warehouses and propose innovative solutions.
- Standardize order preparation and packing methods across different regions.
- Support local teams in implementing Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies and best practices.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data (KPIs, quality, productivity) to propose actionable plans.
- Assist operational teams during the deployment of new processes and ensure associated training/documentation.
- Act as a liaison between central, digital, and regional teams on continuous improvement topics.
- Student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Supply Chain, Project Management, or Operations.
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in supply chain projects, logistics, or continuous improvement.
- Excellent proficiency in office tools (advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong project management skills: planning, team coordination, progress tracking.
- Ability to work in an international environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is essential.
