1. Complete all administrative tasks related to the processing of UK returns and communicate with relevant boutiques.
2. Conduct daily checks and consolidation of returns.
3. Process and assist with store export paperwork, ensuring the highest level of accuracy.
4. Engage in daily communication with stores.
5. Assist with return to vendor (RTV) processes.
6. Ensure correct processes are in place within the UK store network and brokers.
7. Act as a liaison between all parties involved in RTV.
8. Assist in ad-hoc operations projects.
9. Communicate stock activity to ensure efficient daily operations.
10. Support the Stock Management team during annual and daily stock takes to achieve targets.
11. Attend and participate in all team meetings.
12. Build relationships with colleagues across the Stock team, Store teams, and Head Office to ensure commercial efficiency.
13. Perform additional duties as directed by the Management team.

1. Previous administration experience, ideally from a fast-paced retail environment.

2. Excellent problem-solving and numerical skills.
3. Strong Excel skills.
4. Flexible and committed attitude.

Beginner level experience in administration, preferably within a retail setting.
