- Lead and coordinate store projects across the South Asia region, including new store openings, closures, retrofits, maintenance, and procurement activities.
- Manage and oversee contractors, vendors, suppliers, and landlords when appropriate or requested.
- Collaborate with Department Heads or Country Heads on project planning, ensuring delivery against defined objectives, budget, and timelines.
- Monitor and control project schedule and cost, managing contracts to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with brand and quality standards.
- Drive fair and transparent tendering processes with counterparts, while leading direct negotiation when required.
- Oversee project follow-ups through structured reviews and evaluations, identifying lessons learned and proposing continuous improvement opportunities.
- Conduct site and store visits as necessary to assess progress and quality of execution.
- Prepare comprehensive project plans, budgets, and procurement strategies with accuracy and efficiency, while evaluating risks and making informed decisions to mitigate potential issues.
- Liaise with the Paris Architecture team and other cross-functional teams to align on operational requirements and project timelines.
- Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Project Management.
- Good knowledge of quality suppliers and building materials.
- Good commercial and aesthetic sense.
- Proficient in CAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
A minimum of 10 years of related work experience, preferably with a background in retail or construction.
Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
