1. Lead and coordinate store projects across the South Asia region, including new store openings, closures, retrofits, maintenance, and procurement activities.
2. Manage and oversee contractors, vendors, suppliers, and landlords when appropriate or requested.
3. Collaborate with Department Heads or Country Heads on project planning, ensuring delivery against defined objectives, budget, and timelines.
4. Monitor and control project schedule and cost, managing contracts to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with brand and quality standards.
5. Drive fair and transparent tendering processes with counterparts, while leading direct negotiation when required.
6. Oversee project follow-ups through structured reviews and evaluations, identifying lessons learned and proposing continuous improvement opportunities.
7. Conduct site and store visits as necessary to assess progress and quality of execution.
8. Prepare comprehensive project plans, budgets, and procurement strategies with accuracy and efficiency, while evaluating risks and making informed decisions to mitigate potential issues.
9. Liaise with the Paris Architecture team and other cross-functional teams to align on operational requirements and project timelines.

1. Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 10 years of related work experience.

1. Strong analytical and strategic thinking in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Project Management.
2. Good knowledge of quality suppliers and building materials.
3. Good commercial and aesthetic sense.
4. Proficient in CAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop.
5. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

A minimum of 10 years of related work experience, preferably with a background in retail or construction.

Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
