1. Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and LVMH partners to ensure project schedules are met.
2. Distribute drawings and elevations to internal teams as directed.
3. Maintain the Master Schedule and adhere to project timelines.
4. Lead the procurement process, including vendor purchase orders, invoice processing, and liaising with the finance team.
5. Manage vendor creation processes and administration.
6. Review quotes, invoices, and shipping documentation.
7. Create and update budget sheets for internal team approval.
8. Assist with new store construction kick-off.
9. Collaborate with Project Managers to reconcile costs and complete punch lists.
10. Request, download, save, and label files on the shared network drive.
11. Maintain a historical cost database including budgets, analysis, and actuals.
12. Ship samples to headquarters or vendors as needed.
13. Request deliverables from external vendors.
14. Assist with overseas logistics, liaising with customs brokers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
15. Organize and update the team calendar.
16. Book conference rooms and send dial-in information to all parties.
17. Cross-check reports and align figures for presentations.
18. Maintain communication protocols regarding projects, budgets, costs, schedules, and vendor qualifications.
19. Ensure confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all correspondence.
20. Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external partners.
21. Maintain an objective perspective in managing adversity.

1. 2-4 years of prior construction and project coordination experience.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, AX).
3. Preferred knowledge of AutoCAD.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction and project coordination.
