Christian Dior Store Planner – Architecture

- Manage multiple projects from feasibility and due diligence to final snag resolution.
- Oversee budget, timeline, and quality of construction works.
- Establish and maintain effective collaboration with the design project manager responsible for design concepts.
- Co-manage expectations of internal clients and coordinate with internal technical departments such as IT, Security, and Legal.
- Lead relationships with local architects, general contractors, millworkers, and material suppliers.
- Supervise tenders, orders, and invoice processes, ensuring compliance with internal approval procedures.
- Challenge and rely on local architects for technical compliance and project finalization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the store planning European team and the architectural department.
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, site management, or project development.
- Proficiency in managing fit-out works, preferably in a luxury or high-end project environment.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and building administration regulations.
- Competence in risk evaluation and decision-making.
- Expertise in the bidding process, from tender to award.
- Fluency in English and experience in international projects.
- Excellent communication skills with a firm yet diplomatic approach.
- Interest or experience in sustainable building practices.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, site management, or project development, with a background in fit-out works, preferably in a luxury or high-end project environment.
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management.
