Christian Dior Store Planner – Architecture

1. Manage multiple projects from feasibility and due diligence to final snag resolution.
2. Oversee budget, timeline, and quality of construction works.
3. Establish and maintain effective collaboration with the design project manager responsible for design concepts.
4. Co-manage expectations of internal clients and coordinate with internal technical departments such as IT, Security, and Legal.
5. Lead relationships with local architects, general contractors, millworkers, and material suppliers.
6. Supervise tenders, orders, and invoice processes, ensuring compliance with internal approval procedures.
7. Challenge and rely on local architects for technical compliance and project finalization.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the store planning European team and the architectural department.

1. Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, site management, or project development.

1. Proficiency in managing fit-out works, preferably in a luxury or high-end project environment.
2. Strong understanding of engineering principles and building administration regulations.
3. Competence in risk evaluation and decision-making.
4. Expertise in the bidding process, from tender to award.
5. Fluency in English and experience in international projects.
6. Excellent communication skills with a firm yet diplomatic approach.
7. Interest or experience in sustainable building practices.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, site management, or project development, with a background in fit-out works, preferably in a luxury or high-end project environment.

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management.
