1. Manage multiple projects from feasibility and due diligence to final snag resolution.
2. Oversee budget, timeline, and quality of construction works.
3. Collaborate closely with the design project manager responsible for the design concept.
4. Co-manage expectations of internal clients and coordinate with internal technical departments.
5. Lead relationships with local architects, general contractors, millworkers, and material suppliers.
6. Supervise tenders, orders, and invoices, ensuring compliance with internal approval procedures.
7. Challenge and rely on the local architect for technical compliance and project finalization.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the store planning team and architectural department.

1. Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, site management, or project development.

1. Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of luxury/high-end project expectations.
2. Proficient in engineering principles related to store operations.
3. Skilled in risk evaluation and decision-making.
4. Experienced in the bidding process, from tender to award.
5. Fluent in English with experience in international projects.
6. Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain demanding relationships.
7. Interest or experience in sustainable building practices.

A minimum of 5 years in construction, site management, or project development, preferably within a fit-out works environment or luxury/high-end projects.

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management.
