1. Lead store operations to ensure efficiency in back-of-house processes and world-class care services.
2. Maintain the store's image by addressing maintenance and IT issues promptly.
3. Implement and oversee administrative procedures to optimize store performance.
4. Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
5. Manage inventory, ensuring product flow aligns with company regulations and standards.
6. Conduct regular stock checks and manage stock delivery logistics.
7. Supervise the back-of-house team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative team spirit.
8. Handle boutique administration tasks, including cashiering, transaction updates, and expense management.
9. Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure seamless daily operations.
10. Ensure boutique maintenance meets company standards and liaise with vendors as needed.

1. Diploma or higher educational qualification.

3. Self-motivated and proactive.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry, including at least 1 year at a supervisory level.
