Christian Dior Store Operations Manager

- Oversee daily store operations across Paris boutiques to ensure smooth sales flow and exceptional client service.
- Manage inventory and logistics: supervise inbound/outbound goods processes (receptions, order tracking, ticketing, transfers, shipments) and coordinate weekly counts and annual inventory.
- Implement and maintain loss-prevention procedures and best practices for storage and stock handling.
- Own all store SOPs: deploy, update and train teams on operational procedures and policies.
- Supervise after‑sales services (repairs, returns): manage client correspondence, administrative follow-up and performance reporting with corrective action when required.
- Control cash operations and monitor store expenditures to ensure financial compliance.
- Act as the store reference for back‑office systems (Shop In Dior, Xpert, CARE, Dior in Stock, Census/Cycle Count, E‑services): train staff, drive adoption and ensure correct usage.
- Support digital and omnichannel retail initiatives (Dior Star, personalization, omnichannel services) in coordination with the digital coordinator.
- Manage facilities and supplies (uniforms, consumables) and oversee store maintenance and upkeep.
- Proven leadership in retail store operations with a strong service‑orientation and client-first mindset.
- Deep knowledge of inventory control, stock procedures and loss-prevention strategies.
- Experience implementing and training teams on SOPs and operational policies.
- Strong organizational skills with a methodical, rigorous approach to execution and reporting.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects (digital/omnichannel initiatives) and liaise with support functions.

Typically 7–10 years of progressive retail operations experience; candidates with 10+ years in luxury fashion retail or multi-boutique store operations are strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field preferred.
