1. Manage stock and logistics to ensure smooth daily operations.
2. Supervise and organize the team for all incoming and outgoing merchandise flows, including reception, order tracking, ticketing, transfers, and shipments.
3. Ensure adherence to storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices to enhance loss prevention.
4. Organize stock management, including weekly counts and annual inventory.
5. Oversee all Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) related to store operations, ensuring implementation and updates.
6. Train staff on policies and processes.
7. Supervise after-sales service requests, customer correspondence, and administrative follow-ups.
8. Review after-sales reports and initiate action plans as necessary.
9. Oversee cash operations and expense control.
10. Act as the point of contact for all back-office tools, ensuring staff training and proper usage.
11. Support the digital coordinator in deploying special retail projects.
12. Supervise store supply needs and maintenance.
