1. Supervise and organize the team for all incoming and outbound merchandise flows, both physical and IT-related.
2. Act as the referent on care and quality, organizing inventory management.
3. Oversee all Standard Operational Procedures related to boutique operations and ensure staff training on policies and processes.
4. Supervise all after-sales requests, review reports, and initiate action plans as needed.
5. Manage till operations and ensure effective expense control.
6. Serve as the referent for all back-office tools and support the Digital Coordinator in deploying retail special projects.
7. Supervise supply needs and oversee maintenance and store upkeep.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial position within retail operations.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Fluency in English is mandatory.
