1. Supervise and organize team for all merchandise flows, including ecommerce shipping to the Regional Digital warehouse.
2. Ensure compliance with storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices to strengthen loss prevention.
3. Manage inventory through weekly cycle counts and annual inventory.
4. Oversee implementation and updates of Standard Operational Procedures related to Boutique Operation.
5. Train staff on policy and process adherence.
6. Supervise after-sales requests and manage client correspondence and administrative follow-up.
7. Oversee till operations and expense control.
8. Act as a referent for back-office tools and ensure staff training and correct usage.
9. Support the Digital Coordinator in deploying retail special projects.
10. Supervise supply needs and ensure maintenance and store upkeep.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
