1. Provide key support to the Boutique Manager in daily back-of-house operations, including cashiering, sales reconciliation, and cash management.
2. Ensure accurate processing of all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
3. Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area, ensuring general store maintenance, merchandise replenishment, and packaging standards are met.
4. Participate in and monitor inventory counts, ensuring accuracy in receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
5. Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards among all associates.
6. Manage the boutique team in executing operational tasks.

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in retail, fashion retail, or luxury retail.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
