4. Act as a Dior ambassador, exemplifying LVMH culture and values, and elevate the store's and Maison's value.

1. Experience in team management.
2. Retail experience in women's and men's wear, leather goods, shoes, watches, jewelry, baby wear, and home collections is preferred.
3. Experience in high-value services or handling high-priced merchandise is advantageous.
4. Experience managing a team of over 10 employees is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
