1. Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve store goals.
2. Create a positive and professional workplace environment, leading and developing the store team through effective management and coaching.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service in alignment with customer strategies, while managing store operations and budgets.
4. Act as a Dior ambassador, exemplifying LVMH culture and values, and elevate the store's and Maison's value.

1. Experience in team management.
2. Retail experience in women's and men's wear, leather goods, shoes, watches, jewelry, baby wear, and home collections is preferred.
3. Experience in high-value services or handling high-priced merchandise is advantageous.
4. Experience managing a team of over 10 employees is preferred.

3. Proficiency in managing store operations and budgets.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
