- Design and implement optimal organizational structures and recruit suitable talent for the boutique.
- Drive performance and compensation management, ensuring continuous people development and engagement.
- Manage, train, coach, and motivate the boutique team to achieve excellence.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, and merchandising.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
- Diagnose and define action plans to achieve sales targets for the Maison, boutique, and individual categories.
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of action plans.
- Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates.
- Participate in merchandise display preparation and presentation, adhering to merchandising guidelines.
- Optimize boutique performance and profitability by monitoring KPIs.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Implement and monitor CRM programs and actions.
- Act as an Ambassador of the Maison, building direct contact with VIPs.
- Implement group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Oversee back office and administrative functions of the boutique.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and security procedures.
- Oversee boutique expenses and solve operational problems.
- Manage merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
- Participate in department inventories and monitor merchandise pricing.
- Minimize stock losses.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
