1. Design and implement optimal organizational structures and recruit suitable talent for the boutique.
2. Drive performance and compensation management, ensuring continuous people development and engagement.
3. Manage, train, coach, and motivate the boutique team to achieve excellence.
4. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, and merchandising.
5. Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
6. Diagnose and define action plans to achieve sales targets for the Maison, boutique, and individual categories.
7. Lead the implementation and monitoring of action plans.
8. Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates.
9. Participate in merchandise display preparation and presentation, adhering to merchandising guidelines.
10. Optimize boutique performance and profitability by monitoring KPIs.
11. Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
12. Implement and monitor CRM programs and actions.
13. Act as an Ambassador of the Maison, building direct contact with VIPs.
14. Implement group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
15. Oversee back office and administrative functions of the boutique.
16. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and security procedures.
17. Oversee boutique expenses and solve operational problems.
18. Manage merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
19. Participate in department inventories and monitor merchandise pricing.
20. Minimize stock losses.
