1. Design and implement optimal organizational structures, recruit suitable profiles, and proactively maintain a talent pipeline within the boutique.
2. Drive performance and compensation management, ensure people development, and enhance team engagement.
3. Oversee daily management, training, coaching, and motivation of the boutique team.
4. Conduct and participate in regular store meetings to facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
5. Diagnose and define action plans to achieve Maison, boutique, and category sales targets.
6. Lead the implementation and monitoring of action plans to optimize boutique performance and profitability through KPI monitoring.
7. Implement and monitor CRM programs and actions.
8. Act as an Ambassador of the Maison to establish direct contact with VIP clients.
9. Implement group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
10. Manage the back office and administrative functions of the boutique.
