4. Coordinate in-store and promotional events.

6. Oversee boutique operations and manage, coach, and train staff.
7. Meet financial sales and budgetary goals.
8. Control invoices, send end-of-month reports, and oversee daily deposits and petty cash.
9. Collaborate with the retail manager on annual sales, promotional events, and trunk shows.

1. Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
2. Perfect knowledge of the local market and ability to influence people.
