6. Oversee boutique operations and manage, coach, and train staff.
7. Meet financial sales and budgetary goals.
8. Control invoices, send end-of-month reports, and oversee daily deposits and petty cash.
9. Collaborate with the retail manager on annual sales, promotional events, and trunk shows.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.

1. Fluency in Portuguese, English, and an additional language is advantageous.
2. Strong people skills and knowledge of the local market.
3. Proficiency in selling techniques and product knowledge.
4. Ability to embody the Dior image with a positive and elegant attitude.
5. Autonomous with a strong sense of performance.
