4. Collaborate with store teams to build deep trust with each client through personalized interactions.

7. Regularly review client feedback to develop and execute action plans aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
8. Lead all client relationship-building activities in the store, from client identification to promotional execution.
9. Contribute to achieving store sales targets, increasing client numbers, and enhancing sales from loyal customers.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
