1. Serve as the primary point of contact for stock management, including reception, transfer, destocking, end-of-life processes, loans, reservations, sale preparations, and managing negative stock.
2. Conduct cyclical inventories in accordance with the defined schedule.
3. Ensure adherence to internal control processes across all retail teams.
4. Support the retail team with operational needs such as stock organization, and ordering packaging, supplies, and various materials.
5. Handle labeling of items, especially during price changes.
6. Manage after-sales service follow-ups.
7. Possess knowledge of police book regulations for jewelry and watchmaking, assisting sales teams on this matter.
