1. Open and verify delivery contents, prepare transfers and rebalancing, and maintain stockroom organization and restocking.
2. Execute price changes and contribute to cycle counts.
3. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
4. Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed.
5. Process all merchandise, transfers, and damages in accordance with company policies and procedures.
6. Support compliance with company policies regarding safekeeping of funds and property, personnel practices, security, and record-keeping.
7. Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
8. Assist with price changes within the boutique.
9. Pack or wrap customers’ merchandise when necessary.
10. Solve problems and make informed suggestions to enhance service and productivity in the receiving area.

1. Previous experience in retail stock, shipping, or receiving operations.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.
3. Proficiency in processing information and merchandise through computer systems.
4. Capability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems, inventory-control computer systems, and office equipment.
5. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
6. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy lifting.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail stock or shipping/receiving operations.
