1. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the spa, ensuring it meets the highest standards of hygiene and tidiness.
2. Ensure adequate stock of linen, supplies, and amenities, notifying management when inventory is low.
3. Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy towards guests at all times.
4. Clean and maintain all spa areas, including back-of-house facilities.
5. Assist therapists with the setup and breakdown of treatment areas.
6. Attend to guest needs promptly and efficiently.
7. Support all areas of spa operations as directed by management.
8. Communicate guest experience details requiring attention to management.
9. Report any equipment issues to management.
10. Adhere to the spa's operating procedures.
