1. Assist in preparing assets for sponsored campaigns.
2. Brief copywriters on captions.
3. Prepare tracked links for campaigns.
4. Prepare images tailored for each platform.
5. Coordinate with subsidiaries to address their needs.
6. Manage translation processes with Dataword and integrate documents on One Drive for market use.
7. Coordinate with media agencies at headquarters, save plans, share with subsidiaries for review, and analyze reports.
8. Assist in creating media briefs.
9. Monitor and support annual plans between headquarters and subsidiaries.
10. Conduct competitive analysis and periodic campaign assessments.
11. Aid in the development of Monthly 360° Reports, coordinating between headquarters and subsidiaries.
12. Support the creation of 360° Reports for collection/product/show launches.

1. Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
2. Good command of French.
3. Strong understanding of digital environments and social media.
4. Knowledge of paid social media strategies with a full-funnel understanding.
5. Highly organized, meticulous, and proactive.
6. Passionate about the luxury fashion industry, motivated, and ready to be highly engaged.
7. Quick learner with excellent teamwork skills.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
9. Previous experience in media/paid social is preferred.
