Christian Dior Social Media Assistant Intern

- Conduct competitive analysis and strategic preparation by actively monitoring social media trends and innovations.
- Perform benchmarks on competitors' social media activations and luxury sector practices.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions with creative insights and ideas.
- Evaluate the relevance of ecosystems and content based on targets and objectives, proposing content for specific launches such as fashion shows, campaigns, and events.
- Assist in the daily management of Dior's international social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram Dior Maison.
- Participate in the planning and publication of posts, adhering to editorial calendars.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including content, press, e-merchandising, and copywriters, to prepare posts.
- Prepare caption briefs for copywriters and product tag documents with e-merchandising teams.
- Adapt visual and video assets according to platform requirements.
- Manage shortlinks for website redirections.
- Contribute to social media activation reports for top management requests.
- Participate in drafting and sending internal newsletters on digital performance and news.
- Monitor and analyze follower growth across platforms.
- Send weekly digital activity schedules.
- Ensure programming, broadcasting, and moderation of published content.
- Engage with KOLs, influencers, and VIPs by responding to comments and messages.
- Update Meta shops and collections, and manage chatbot tools for enhanced user experience.
- Currently in the final year of a Bac +4/5 program at a business school, communication school, university Master's program, or IFM.
- Excellent English proficiency, both oral and written, with a very good level of French.
- Strong affinity for the luxury and fashion industry.
- Significant initial experience in digital and social media, with proficiency in associated tools.
- Curious, innovative, and proactive.
- Motivated and dynamic, with strong multitasking abilities.
- Highly organized, precise, and meticulous.
- Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
- Official internship agreement required.

Entry-level experience in digital and social media management.
