1. Conduct competitive analysis and strategic preparation by actively monitoring social media trends and innovations.
2. Perform benchmarks on competitor social media activations and luxury sector practices.
3. Contribute to brainstorming sessions with creative insights and ideas.
4. Evaluate the relevance of ecosystems and content based on target audiences and objectives, proposing content for specific launches such as fashion shows and campaigns.
5. Assist in the daily management of Dior's international social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram Dior Maison.
6. Collaborate with internal teams such as content, press, e-merchandising, and copywriters to prepare social media posts.
7. Prepare caption briefs for copywriters and product tag documents with e-merchandising teams.
8. Adapt visual and video assets according to platform requirements.
9. Manage shortlinks for website redirection.
10. Contribute to social media activation reports for top management requests.
11. Participate in drafting and sending weekly and monthly internal newsletters on digital performance and news.
12. Monitor and analyze follower growth across platforms.
13. Send weekly digital activity schedules.
14. Ensure the programming, dissemination, and moderation of published content.
15. Engage with key opinion leaders, influencers, and VIPs by responding to comments and messages.
16. Maintain and update Meta shops and collections, and manage chatbot tools for enhanced user experience.

1. Currently in the final year of a Master's program in business, communication, or a related field from a business school, university, or IFM.
2. Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with a very good level of French.
3. Strong affinity for the luxury and fashion industry.
4. Significant initial experience in digital and social media environments with proficiency in associated tools.
5. Curious, innovative, and proactive.
6. Motivated and dynamic, with strong multitasking abilities.
7. Highly organized, precise, and meticulous.
8. Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
9. Official internship agreement required.
