3. Perform variance analysis on materials and labor costs.
4. Conduct monthly analysis of indirect costs and compare against budget.
5. Support financial closing activities.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. High attention to detail and organizational proficiency.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Good command of the English language.

Previous experience in a controlling department is advantageous but not required.
