Christian Dior Sensory Research Coordinator

- Coordinate and operate sensory research sessions with trained Japanese panels.
- Plan sensory research sessions in collaboration with the sensory analysis team and labs in France.
- Prepare and execute sensory sessions, including panel trainings.
- Facilitate group exercises and discussions, designing or redefining sensory attributes as necessary.
- Ensure high data quality by monitoring panel performance.
- Maintain and update sensory databases.
- Analyze and present data obtained from panel sessions.
- Deliver statistical analyses of panel results.
- Create reports such as sensory mapping and comparative profiles as required by brands.
- Present results to relevant stakeholders.
- Support innovation projects by providing sensory analysis results and market information.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or product development in FMCG, preferably in the cosmetic industry.
- Experience in sensory analysis or qualitative and/or quantitative research preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in product planning, development, and sensorial evaluation preferred.
- Deep interest in beauty products and market.
- Well-organized and independent.
- Precise and conscientious work ethic.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Professionalism and team collaboration.
- Ability to express opinions confidently and persuade relevant departments.
- Good analytical skills and logical thinking.
- Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Advanced knowledge in sensory data collection and statistical software preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Business-level English required.
Minimum of 3 years in marketing or product development in FMCG, preferably in the cosmetic industry.
Bachelor’s degree required.
