1. Implement and maintain in-store visual merchandising in collaboration with retail teams, adhering to central VM guidelines.
2. Develop zoning plans in alignment with boutique allocations and central VM guidelines.
3. Create VM installation schedules to ensure product rotation across all categories.
4. Prepare products for installations, coordinating with department heads to highlight new arrivals.
5. Support special events orchestrated by the CRM Specialist, such as VIP client events.
6. Train retail teams on VM guidelines to uphold brand image and identity.
7. Maintain constant communication with department heads to convey VM information and understand strategic needs.
8. Support commercial activities by adjusting displays in collaboration with purchasing teams and department heads.
9. Organize and manage prop stock within the boutique and external storage, alerting zone managers to any needs or shortages.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury sector.

1. Fluency in English
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
3. Creativity
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
