- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients with the highest standards.
- Cultivate customer loyalty through personalized, one-on-one interactions, adopting a personal shopper approach.
- Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge across all categories, staying informed about current advertising, marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions.
- Maximize sales potential by introducing add-on sales and achieving individual and departmental targets.
- Effectively manage customer complaints, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain awareness of sales targets and department performance on a daily and weekly basis.
- Adhere to stock management procedures.
- Support the team in maintaining impeccable housekeeping and display standards within the department.
- Familiarize with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store.
- Implement measures to maximize security and prevent theft.
- Ensure departmental operations align with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, shift basis)
- Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail service
- Confidence in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Motivation to achieve personal and team goals
- Genuine passion for Dior and the luxury fashion industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in a second language (preferred)
