1. Convert clients entering the boutique with a personalized welcome, identifying their expectations and advising them on all product categories.
2. Achieve sales targets through effective use of selling techniques, building clientele, and product knowledge.
3. Demonstrate effective teamwork and leadership skills within the boutique and assist in coaching/training of sales teams.
4. Monitor and communicate fast/slow moving items, client preferences, and seasonal demands to management.
5. Develop outstanding relationships with key clients and enhance the retail experience through superior customer service skills.
6. Ensure the upkeep of the sale space and offer feedback on ways to enhance visual merchandising.
7. Manage key sales and clients for the department using client books and the Be Dior system.
8. Contribute to stock management in coordination with the Administrative team.
9. Participate in goods acceptance, pre-sale quality control, and restocking after sales.
10. Carry out product referencing and labeling of the assigned department.
11. Participate in stock take and stock rotation.
12. Efficiently carry out delegated tasks.
13. Handle cash, tax, and foreign currencies when required.

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the retail industry; luxury industry experience is preferable.
3. Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
4. Pleasant demeanor and good grooming skills.
