1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients with the highest standards.
2. Cultivate customer loyalty through personalized shopping experiences and relationship-building.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories, staying informed about current marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions.
4. Maximize sales potential through add-on sales, aligning with individual and departmental targets.
5. Effectively manage customer complaints with the assistance of a line manager when necessary.
6. Maintain awareness of sales targets and boutique performance on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Adhere to stock management procedures.
8. Support the team in upholding the highest standards of housekeeping and display within the boutique.
9. Be proficient in selling systems, cash handling, and exchange procedures.
10. Ensure the store operates in accordance with company administration systems to minimize losses.
11. Participate in team meetings and contribute positively.
12. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience within luxury fashion.
2. An existing client book and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

2. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
3. Fluency in a second language (preferred).

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion is required.
