6. Monitor sales targets and boutique performance daily and weekly.
7. Adhere to stock management procedures.
8. Support the team in maintaining high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising.
9. Utilize selling systems, manage cash, credit, and exchange procedures proficiently.
10. Ensure the store maintains the highest retail standards.
11. Implement measures to maximize security and prevent theft.
12. Operate the department in alignment with company administrative systems and procedures to minimize losses.
13. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience in luxury fashion.
2. Possession of an existing client book and ability to build long-term client relationships.
3. Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
4. Strong knowledge of fashion and current trends.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Fluency in a second language (preferred).

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion is required.
