4. Introduce add-on sales to maximize sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets.
5. Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
6. Maintain awareness of sales targets and boutique performance on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Adhere to stock management procedures.
8. Support the team in maintaining high standards of housekeeping and display within the boutique.
9. Be proficient with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
10. Maximize security measures to prevent product theft.
11. Ensure compliance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
12. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively.
13. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience within luxury fashion.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain a client book.
3. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
4. Fluency in a second language is preferred.
