4. Maximize sales potential by introducing add-on sales and achieving individual and departmental targets.

6. Maintain awareness of sales targets and boutique performance on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Adhere to stock management procedures.
8. Support the team in upholding high standards of housekeeping and display within the boutique.
9. Familiarize with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
10. Ensure the highest standards of retail presentation and cleanliness.
11. Implement measures to maximize security and prevent product theft.
12. Operate in accordance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
13. Contribute positively in team meetings.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience in luxury fashion retail
2. Proven track record in building client relationships
3. Existing client book and ability to establish long-term client relationships
4. Passion for Christian Dior and its collections
5. Strong fashion and trend knowledge
6. Fluency in a second language (preferred)
