1. Oversee operations of the Fine Jewelry department in the boutique.
2. Manage key sales and client relationships using client books and databases to optimize sales.
3. Sell products and contribute to the store's sales growth.
4. Manage repair and transfer of pieces within and outside the region.
5. Demonstrate effective teamwork and leadership skills within the boutique.
6. Assist in coaching and training sales teams on departmental collection training.
7. Engage clients and foster loyalty by conveying brand values.
8. Maintain outstanding customer service as per company standards.
9. Ensure the upkeep of the sales space and the store's image.
10. Be an instrumental team player in day-to-day shop-floor functions.

1. Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience.
