- Drive the implementation of retail operations projects, including the Retail Excellence Certificate and Omni-channel initiatives, through in-boutique coaching and collaboration with boutiques and internal teams.
- Monitor key retail operations KPIs via SID, Foundations, and develop action plans in collaboration with boutiques, including regular reviews, communication, and follow-ups.
- Serve as a key liaison between boutique staff and corporate functions to ensure alignment on processes and execution.
- Analyze field feedback to identify operational gaps, propose actionable solutions, and ensure clear communication and alignment between field teams and corporate functions on operational updates and initiatives.
- Provide operational guidance and mentoring to junior team members on daily tasks and projects.
- Support field teams during compliance reviews or internal audits by assessing back-of-house standards and documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous refinement of retail operating procedures by capturing insights and standardizing best practices.
- Lead the operational coordination of boutique openings and renovations, ensuring timely setup of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Manage all boutique requests by providing guidance, proposing solutions, and ensuring follow-up support.
- Support OSV or OTO takeover events, focusing on cashier and stock management coordination to ensure optimal efficiency for event operations.
- Translate Global Retail Operations guidelines into Korean and revise related training materials.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury retail environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive boutique-level execution with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
- Solid experience in store opening, vendor management, or facility operations.
- Professional working proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with retail systems or tools is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Agile mindset with a proactive attitude toward change, continuous improvement, and collaborative work.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury retail environments.
